INVARIABLE ADJECTIVES

In Italian there are some adjectives that don't change form (invariabili).
These adjectives don't have a standard behavior.

Example:
" La giacca è blu e anche il mare è blu. ---> Le giacche sono blu e anche i mari sono blu. "
In this example the adjective blue has only one form for masculine, feminine, singular and plural.

These are the most important invariable adjectives:

• some color adjectives

  Example:
  "Viola, rosa, blu."

• the foreign adjectives

  Example:
  "Una giacca trendy; delle giacche trendy."

• pari, impari and dispari

  Examples:
  "Due è un numero pari."
  "Tre è un numero dispari."
  "Fra i due avversari la lotta è impari."
