In Italian regular nouns have a singular form and a plural form.
Examples:
"Il palazzo, i palazzi"
"La mamma, le mamme"
"La chiave, le chiavi"
The regular nouns are divided in three groups: - nouns ending in -O
(as palazzo, usually masculine)
- nouns ending in -A
(as mamma, usually feminine)
- nouns ending in -E
(as chiave, masculine and feminine)
Attention:
The three groups have different forms and features.
