Usually the unstressed pronouns are immediately before the verb for a question of sound.
These parts of the speech, in fact, don't have an own accent and are supported by the following word for the accent.
Example: "Ciao Marco, ti saluta Antonio."
In this case the pronoun 'ti' is pronounced together with the verbal form.
It's possible to say that in general when the direct, indirect and combined or reflexive unstressed pronouns meet
an explicit and simple verbal form they are positioned immediately before it.
