GERUND FORM OF -ERSI VERBS

The gerund form is an undefinite mood.
It has causal, temporal, hypothetical, instrumental and modal worth.

Example:
" Vedendo il film si è divertita moltissimo. "

The gerund form has 2 different tenses:

• gerundio presente  (present gerund, simple tense)
• gerundio passato  (past gerund, compound tense)

Note:
This mode is called the implicit mode because the form of the verb does not express the subject.
