POSTERIORITY RELATION

Inside a dependent clause, the time expressed by an action that happens after the action of the main clause is called posterior and the time relation between the main clause and the dependent clause is called relation of posteriority.

Example:
" Il professore annuncia che domani farà un test. "
In this example the action of 'fare un test' will happen after the action of 'annunciare'.

To express this relation we can find different times, because the time of the verb of the dependent clause is determined in relation to the verb of the main clause.

Examples:
"So che andrai a Roma."
"Sapevo che saresti andato a Roma."

Note:
