ADVERSATIVE COORDINATE CLAUSES

The adversative clauses express a conflict with the preceding clause.

Example:
" Marco guarda il film, ma non č soddisfatto. "
In this example the action of 'non essere soddisfatto' is in contrast with the action of 'guardare'.

These clauses are introduced by the conjunctions:

• ma; tuttavia; eppure; anzi; perņ;
