CORRELATIVE COORDINATE CLAUSES

The correlative clauses have the same nature and the same meaning of the preceding clause.

Example:
"O andiamo al cinema, o andiamo in discoteca. "
In this example the actions of 'andare al cinema' and 'andare in discoteca' have the same nature.

These clauses are introduced by the couples of conjunctions:

• e... e; o... o; né... né; sia... sia; non solo... ma anche; tanto... quanto;
