In the real hypothetical period hypothesis and consequences are sure, they will happen.
The condition is expressed with se + present indicative, simple past or future.
The consequence is expressed with the present indicative or future or with imperative.
Examples:

Se domani sarà caldo andremo al mare.
"
The condition is future, the consequence future.
"
Se hai finito i compiti puoi andare a giocare.
"
The condition is simple past, the consequence present.
"
Se vedi Anna salutala per conto mio!
"
The condition is present, the consequence imperative.
Note:
These are only some of the possible combinations.
Attention:
The real hypothetical period can’t be built in the past because it would have an unreal value and should follow the rules of the construction of the hypothetical period of the 3rd kind.
